(( Miss Shira: IMPOSSIBLE! Pt. 1 ))
Black’s teeth grit once he saw the hidden figures revealed. Black’s eyes immediately darted to the path on the right. The hallway that began to tesselate in hexagons was the one behind the water-type utilizing Triad. Musha glared his way, that pink mist darkening as it spewed from it’s oval spout. Of course, out of all, that water-type user would be the one that would block their correct path.
Black didn’t care if it was foolish. He needed Shira now, and he was too close to care. He heard the shrill cry of that deadly Hydreigon and chills shot up his spine.
No…We can’t get stuck here.
We just can’t!!!
The boy’s upcoming outburst would be the knift to cut that tension. They could fight fire with fire.
Or they could fight that fire with ice.
N’s intense gaze turned into a glare as the Triad showed themselves. And of course out of all of them, Cress had to be the one that stood before him. Not only that, but he was the one that lead to Ghetsis. There was no denying where the brothers’ loyalty lied, no matter who stood before them. As such, N knew that any and all relations between the two opposing teams were to be tossed out the window. All that mattered was saving Shira, and these three weren’t going to stop them from doing just that.

10. If my character were to die, how would I react?
whywouldyouevensuggestsuchathing I’d probably sit in a corner on my bed under a blanket clinging to a pillow with my only light source being my laptop with the screen showing whatever it was he last did as I sob quietly and feel dead inside… I also probably wouldn’t leave my room for a few days out of depression (I can’t even tell if I’m exaggerating or not >-> )
13. Worst moment for character.
Hmm… I think, at my time of writing, Ghetsis capturing Shira led to the worst effect for N. He had nightmares every night up until recently, he had a loss of appetite and didn’t eat some days, he really just became a big mess because of his shame. Of course he’s much better now, but it took a while for him to get back on his feet…
14. Best moment for character.
…Probably when he and Black confessed how they felt about each other. I’m certain this doesn’t need further explaining.
15. What RPer secretly wants character to do.

20. What does RPer dislike about character?
…really? r-r
-sigh- …Probably how fragile he can be… Not that I entirely dislike this, because it can lead to some nice drama and can add to his innocence, but I always end up feeling so bad for him when he breaks and it sucks because I can’t just go and comfort him and shit and yeah… And, due to my strong emotional attachment to him and how in-character I try to be as I play him, I kinda feel what he feels… So when he’s down, I’m down, and that doesn’t yield good results. Ever. …I think I take roleplaying him too seriously sometimes…
Headcanon Challenge — Day 30
30. Any other headcanons I didn’t ask about that you want to share?
Hmm… There’s nothing that comes to mind at the moment. So I guess I’m done here.
(( Miss Shira: IMPOSSIBLE! Pt. 1 ))
Galvantula, crawling along the right wall, gave a quiet hiss as he trailed the wall behind him in a light webbing. They had to find their way out of the potential labyrinth and fast if necessary, and his webbing would lead the way. Even if someone /found/ the webbing behind them and followed them, it still would amount to being useful in the long run-either it would get them out of trouble, or bring them trouble that was already coming, and the following Zoroark, N’s friend, would help to cut that off. Galvantula paused, went forward again, and backed up. It pointed forth, and Munna swirled around his head, then around Black’s. Black’s eyes widened and threw his arms to either side, stopping N and Volkner both.
“…He sees someone!”
N watched the movements and actions of the Pokemon carefully, looking for anything that might signal danger nearby. Any sort of off step or pause would be enough to alert the man, and it’d be much quicker to react to than waiting for them to speak. And with five Pokemon on the lookout for anything, hopefully nothing would take the group by surprise…
Observing Galvantula crawling along the wall, N gave a satisfied nod as he noticed the webbing. It would certainly prove helpful for a quick escape in a place like this. And Zoroark would definitely take care of anything or anyone that tried to follow the trail behind them. He looked back to his trusty companion, and his eyes moved between him and the trail left by Galvantula. The dark-type gave a nod, understanding the implied message without a problem. N returned to looking ahead, but that’s when he noticed Galvantula pause for a moment. The man watched closely and tensed up slightly. His suspicions were confirmed as the Pokemon backed up. There was something ahead.
Headcanon Challenge — Day 29
29. Do they have any scars, birth marks, tattoos, or other noticeable marks (even if they’re in a spot you can’t normally see)? Where? What does it look like?
N actually has many scars on his upper body. They all serve as permanent reminders of the horrible things he went through as a child. A few of them are from abused Pokemon that refused his company and kindness at first, but a majority of them are from Ghetsis abusing him. However, appearance-wise they all could easily pass for Pokemon attack injuries, so it’s hard to tell which are from actual Pokemon and which are from abuse.
N tries to avoid exposing them, especially in front of others, due to the dark memories associated with them and/or the questioning of their origins or strange expressions people give upon seeing them. The scars are easily hidden under his clothing, so he normally gets very anxious whenever someone tugs at his shirt or tries to get it off of him.
Headcanon Challenge — Day 28
28. Any curious quirks they have you wouldn’t necessarily get from your first meeting with them? How about ones you wouldn’t get unless you were really close to them?
N’s only major behavioral oddity that is not commonly displayed is how some of his actions can be comparable to a Pokemon’s. He normally doesn’t show it around anyone he is unfamiliar with in order to try to maintain a good impression, and even limits showing most of those behaviors around good friends. In fact, most of the time only those that are incredibly close to him get to see these traits.
A few of these behaviors include licking injuries, enjoying being pet/having his hair stroked (especially behind the ears or the back of his neck), nuzzling or rubbing against to show affection, pawing at to get attention, licking to show extreme affection (typically in the face), and sometimes just the sounds he makes are very Pokemon-like (yelps when startled, growling when angered, etc). There are also certain actions he’ll perform when enraged, but I think I covered those already back on Day 3…
Headcanon Challenge — Day 26 and 27
26. Do they have any dark secrets? What is it? Have they told anyone?
At the moment, the only secrets N keeps that could be considered “dark” are some of the things that have happened in his past. Well, some of them aren’t necessarily secrets, since he was obviously abused and will confirm it if asked. But he prefers to act as if they are, and so he doesn’t elaborate on the details. His scars have been seen by Black plenty of times now, but how he got them exactly was never mentioned. So far only once has any specific form of abuse slipped out, and that was very recent. It was when he was talking with Hilda and he mentioned that his father had sexually abused him. Every other dirty little detail of his past is still vague.
27. What is their happiest memory?
Probably when Zoroark, a Zorua at the time, finally accepted N as a friend. It was his first Pokemon and his first real friend in general, and his first step into being the King of Team Plasma.
Zorua had been abused due to his constant stubborn nature. His trainer would kick him, hit him, have his other Pokemon beat him up, even refused to feed him if he behaved poorly, and so he took a hatred towards humans because of it. He had been recently beaten when he was taken from his trainer and brought to young N, wounds still bleeding and body so sore he could barely move. N, completely horrified by the Pokemon’s current physical state, was informed by Ghetsis of what happened and that it was only one of the many Pokemon out there mistreated by trainers.
N tried to get the poor creature to let him treat his injuries, but the stubborn Zorua bit and scratched at him until he passed out from fatigue. N, with the help of Anthea and Concordia, treated the Pokemon’s wounds and tried to feed him once he regained consciousness. However, still refusing to trust any of them, he didn’t accept any food offered to him (at least until no one would be able to see him). He continued to lash out at N, and refused anything the boy offered. However, no matter how resilient Zorua was, N was just as stubborn in trying to get the Pokemon to like him. The boy continued to show genuine kindness to him, and one day Zorua finally came to terms with the fact that the boy was nothing like his trainer. He accepted the food, allowed the boy to pet him, and slowly began opening up to him. Eventually, N and Zorua became inseparable and did just about everything together.
It took a lot of effort and pain to get the abused little Pokemon to finally trust him and realize that the boy wasn’t going to harm him, but it was all worth it in the end. To this day, N still considers Zoroark his best friend.
(( Miss Shira: IMPOSSIBLE! Pt. 1 ))
“…Thank you, N.” He smiled and took his hands, squeezing them. “We’ll do this, okay? We’ll do this together!…If you…feel like you start to even slightly lose your grip, Nat’chrall…look at me…and remember what we came here for. Think of Shira, okay? Think of how long he’s…-” Black’s words cut off and he shook his head. He leaned over, kissing N’s cheek, before turning from him. “Shira’s been here long enough. Let’s cut the talk and get this over with.” As he analyzed the lair before him, Black’s eyebrows narrowed as he watched Galvantula trailing along the entrance. Munna followed closely behind, and kept low, revealing the secret trigger for the door. Galvantula sprayed the hidden lever with webbing before jerking it down with one of his claws. The door opened, and Tula found himself pulling acrobatics. Upside down, he began wandering within the castle. Black’s eyes looked to N, then to Volkner. “C’mon guys.” He waved them on as he began to walk inside…ready to face whatever might have been waiting. Stepping inside, Black noticed it was empty. Turning as Galvantula did, Black kept close to the wall, eyes searching in case any Plasma members were to catch them. Awaiting their typical fingerpoint, ‘Hey, kid!’ antics…-
As Black smiled, so did N. He listened to the boys words and gave those hands holding his own a slight squeeze when those words came to a stop. The man appreciated the boy’s concern, and nodded to let him know that he understood. He hoped that he wouldn’t have to resort to it in the end, though. He hoped he would be strong enough this time. But in case he wasn’t, he knew Black understood, and committed that offer to memory.
“…Thank you, Black. I will do just that should the problem arise.”
N blushed softly when he felt Black’s soft lips against his cheek, and his hands missed the warmth of the boy’s the second he let go. But he immediately cast that longing aside and returned his focus to the matter at hand. He watched as Galvantula and Munna worked to get the entrance open, and was both thrilled and nervous as they succeeded. The man then looked back to Zoroark, who gave him one last nod of encouragement. Giving his friend a thankful smile, N carefully and quietly followed Black and entered the building. His heart rate picked up upon entering, but he let out a slow deep breath and relaxed. He had to remain calm… Fear would get them nowhere… He began to listen to his surroundings very closely for anything or anyone that wasn’t a part of their group, and Zoroark did the same as he trailed behind everyone. Though before entering, the dark-type swore he heard something not too far behind them… But with no time to think about whatever it was, he shrugged it off as nothing more than a wild Pokemon and focused on the task he was given…
